Three video game professionals were among the six Full Sail University alumni named to the Winter Park school’s Hall of Fame class of 2019.
Erin Eberhardt of Blizzard Entertainment, sound designer Mark Kilborn and Insomniac Games’ head of technology Shaun McCabe will be inducted in a March ceremony.
The trio of game veterans have worked on major studio games including World of Warcraft, Call of Duty: WWII and Insomniac’s Ratchet & Clank series.
McCabe, a 2001 graduate of the school’s game design program, has been with Insomniac since 2003, when he joined the company as an audio programmer.
Eberhardt is the lead project manager for esports at Blizzard, where she has manages the team behind Hearthstone, World of Warcraft and StarCraft II. She also graduated from the school’s game design program.
Kilborn is a recording arts program graduate who has been working on video games 15 years, helping on games like Tony Hawk, Project Gotham Racing and several Call of Duty games.
